Within the context of this year's research focus, "Metaphor: Cognition and Film Thinking", Cinepoetics will host the 11th annual conference of the international "Association for Researching and Applying Metaphor" (July 1-4, 2016). The theme of the conference will be "Metaphor in the Arts, in Media and Communication."
