Jennifer Fay ist Professorin für Cinema & Media Arts an der Vanderbilt University, Nashville, sowie Mitherausgeberin der Contemporary Film Directors-Reihe der University of Illinois Press. Fays Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in der Transatlantic Film and Media Theory, dem Verhältnis von Medienästhetik und Politik, den Environmental Humanities sowie der komparativen Filmgeschichte.
