Patricia Pisters
Professor of Media Studies (with specialization in Film Studies) at the University of Amsterdam. She was director of research of the Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis at the Faculty of Humanities. Pisters is one of the founding editors of the peer reviewed Open-Access-Journal NECSUS: European Journal of Media Studies. Her research interests include:
Film-Philosophy, Neuro-filmology, contemporary transnational screen culture and media ecologies.
